As a Certified Women’s Vitality and Life Coach, Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer I support women in peri-menopause and menopause. I specialise in helping you reclaim confidence and fall back in love with your body. I want to help you reset your health and energy levels as you adapt to your changing body and live life to the full.
When I was younger I was full of energy, felt great in my clothes and loved exercising and spending time with friends.
As I got older I struggled to keep my weight down and became anxious about getting injured and ageing before my time.
I came to understand how to develp an eating and exercise regime that worked for me and am qualified to share and support you.
