Hi, I’m Loliya.

I am passionate about helping women approaching or in menopause reclaim their confidence, fall back in love with their body and live life to the full .

When I was younger I was full of energy, felt great in my clothes and loved exercising and spending time with friends.

As I got older I struggled to keep my weight down and became anxious about getting injured and ageing before my years.
After qualifying as a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Personal Trainer, Advanced Pilates Teacher and Soft Tissue Massage Therapist I finally understood how to develop an eating and exercise regime that worked for me.
