For women who are struggling to manage their weight and other changes going on in their body, health and energy levels.  They want to find a sustainable way of eating that supports their individual health challenges.

I’ll help you: reclaim your confidence, feel amazing in your clothes and sustain a healthy eating regime that is appropriate for your health challenges so that you can enjoy your life more.

When I hit 50, my normal eating and exercise patterns stopped working for me. I struggled to keep my weight down.
I found my hormones were out of balance and I had started to develop a negative and blaming attitude towards myself. Luckily I discovered a whole new way of eating, changed my exercise regime which put me back on track. I dropped a dress size and have kept the weight off.

Underlying causes

Detailed Health questionnaire, food diary, face to face consultation (or via zoom) and testing (if relevant) help to investigate any underlying causes of your weight gain and low energy.

Meal planning

Meal planning skills ensures you can sustain your new healthy eating habits once the programme has finished.

Regular check ins

Further 1 to 1 coaching consultations via zoom/phone calls help to keep you accountable, motivated, supported and on task.

A bespoke programme for those who want help and support to begin resetting their health, body and energy levels so that they can start to feel more confident, feel amazing in their clothes and enjoy their life more.

  • In-depth conversation about your health, lifestyle and diet.
  • Help with setting your personal health goals.
  • Agree on a nutrition and lifestyle strategy to help you work towards achieving your goals.
  • Education on what to eat and not to eat in order to support your body, health, energy, changing hormones (maybe peri/menopausal related), digestion, bone strength.
  • Some tools to help you make the needed changes in your life.
  • Weekly/fortnightly zoom coaching check in to support and encourage you as you work towards your goals .
  • Some Ideas to support you through any challenges you may have.
  • Help and support with meals and meal planning so you can fit them into your lifestyle.
  • Anytime email contact during the 30 day period.

Testing and supplements if required will be an additional charge.
