I’m passionate about helping menopausal women, anxious that they may be ageing before their years, reclaim their confidence, feel amazing in their clothes and enjoy their lives more.
I’ll help you: feel amazing in your clothes, work around your sore knees and aching back, know how to work around your limitations in an exercise class and feel confident in a gym because you know what you are doing. We’ll also work together to sustain a healthy eating regime that works for you, have fun and relaxation without feeling guilty and boost your energy

- In-depth conversation about your posture, fitness, lifestyle and diet.
- Goal setting and strategy planning.
- Weekly bespoke 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions – online or in the gym (1 per week).
- HIIT session to do in between sessions.
- Education: what exercises to do and not to do to help support your body’s needs.
- Lifestyle, self care, dietary advice to help support your body’s needs.
- Opportunity to add on additional 1 to 1 PT, pilates, nutritional therapy, coaching sessions.
